| 摘 要： | 随着我国加入世贸组织，我国零售业开始受到外来零售企业的强烈冲击，特别是一些大型国际零售业巨头的登陆，更对我国零售业产生巨大压力。本文通过对我国零售业现状的分析，指出我国零售业加入WTO后面临的挑战，并提出了一些应对策略。
