| Abstract: | Women's success can greatly push forward the course of our socialist modernization. The mainly psycholigical obstacle of the women's success are: passive self cousciousness low mitive of achievement and the week kneed psychology. In order to promote the women to be successful and achieve a lot. we must make the women have a new concept of character, arouse the consciousness of potential energy, make them possess the strong sense of career and the social responsibility ,and also train their strong quality of will power. |
