| Abstract: | In the traditaional vocational assessment of the potentiality of the handicapped,the focus has only been put on the measurement of aptitude,interests,working behaviors and their social skills.In this article the concept of the ecological vocational assessment,its features,theoretical hypothesis,and assessing process as well as the influence caused by the role and responsibility of the assessors are explained in detail. |
