| 摘 要： | 科学发展观为大学生思想政治教育提供了新的理论指导。科学发展观进一步明确了新阶段我国要发展、为什么发展和怎样发展的重大问题，也为大学生思想政治教育提供了新的理论指导。加强和改进大学生思想政治教育，首先要提高大学生全面发展的能力，解决好“培养什么人、如何培养人”这个根本问题。

| Abstract: | The scientific development view provides a new theoretical guidance for the ideological and political education of university students. The view clarifies the important issue of developing the country, of why and how to develop it and provides a new theoretical guidance for the ideological and political work to university students. To strengthen and improve such education, the first thing is to develop students＇all - round abilities. The issue of ＂what kind of persons to turn the students into and how to train them＂ should be well recognized. |
