| 摘 要： | 随着教育改革的不断推进和学生法律意识的不断增强,高校的管理权力与学生权利的冲突随之增多。让"学生权利本位"回归校园,厘清学校与学生之间的关系,构建高校权力与学生权利之间的平衡机制是解决这一矛盾的有效途径。

| Abstract: | With the continuous progress of education reform and the growing legal awareness of the students,the conflicts of university's management power and the students' rights will be increased.Let students rights-based return to campus,to clarify the relationship between schools and students,build balance mechanism between the college power and the student's rights is an effective way to solve this contradiction. |
