| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、数理统计、文献资料、访谈等方法，对丽水市老年人体育健身时间、场地、项目、形式等进行调查，发现丽水市老年人参与体育锻炼的积极性高、锻炼手段较多、具有比较明显的年龄特征，老年人健身运动中尚需解决的问题是缺乏专人指导、缺少科学的健身方法等。针对丽水市老年人体育锻炼存在的问题提出相应的对策。

| Abstract: | By using the questionnaire,mathematical statistics,literature,interviews and other methods,the author invesigated the time,place anditems of the elders’ physical training in Lishui and discovered that the elders’ enthasiasm of participation in physical training is high,and the exercise ways vary with more obvious characteristics of the age.But there still exist some problems,such as the lack of guidance staff,lack of scientific exercise methods and so on.The author puts forward some corresponding countermeasures for the elders physical training in Lishui. |
