摘    要:建构主义学习理论强调的"建构"、"协作"、"情境"、"互动"、"过程"与基础英语教学要求的过程性、任务性、协作性与情境性不谋而合;而多媒体技术为两者的契合提供了技术保障。通过实证性综合研究和个案研究,分析基础英语多媒体教学模式及特点,并探讨了基础英语多媒体教学效果及其对培养学生英语综合应用能力的作用。研究表明:多媒体技术从根本上优化了基础英语课堂教学,为学生综合能力的培养起到了积极的作用。

Abstract:Constructivist learning theory emphasizes "construction","cooperation","environment","interaction" and "process",which coincides with fundamental English teaching requirements of process,task,collaboration and situation.The application of multimedia technology provides technical support for their correspondence.The thesis,based on constructivist learning theory and empirical integrated research and case study,introduces the multimedia teaching mode and features,and analyzes the teaching effects of multimedia application in fundamental English teaching and its roles in training students’ integrated English language competence.The results show that multimedia technology radically improves fundamental English classroom teaching and plays a positive role in training students’ integrated English language competence.
