| 摘 要： | 积极心理学作为一个新的心理学研究领域,使传统心理学的研究重点发生根本转向,更加关注普通人的优势潜能,提高主观幸福感。基于此,在对积极心理学的基本理念和主要内容研究的基础上,从四个方面阐述积极心理学对于高职思想政治课堂教学的启示,以期为提高高职思想政治教学的实效提供新的科学思路。

| Abstract: | Positive psychology as a new field of psychological research,which is fundamentally different from traditional psychology,focuses on the potential advantages of the ordinary people and improving subjective well-being.In this paper,based on the study of the basic concept and main contents of positive psychology,positive psychology’s inspiration to higher vocational and technical colleges’ ideological and political courses is discussed from four aspects in order to provide a brand-new scientific idea to improve the effectiveness of higher vocational colleges’ ideological and political teaching. |
