| 摘 要： | 我国教育事业发展存在着经费投入不足和投入结构不合理等问题。要促进教育事业发展,缓解资金紧张与教育需求的矛盾,除了加大教育经费投入之外,还应重视对有限的教育资源优化配置,提高教育的经济效益。
