| 摘 要： | 笔者分析了我国男子跳远运动员后 10m助跑的现状 ,指出了所存在的问题 :助跑速度相对较慢 ;助跑与起跳结合不连贯 ;倒二步过大 ,使腾空时间延长 ,步速降低。

| Abstract: | The paper, by the kinematics analysis of national male long jumpers,showed that there exist some problems in the last 10-meter runaway : 1) the approach is lower comparatively;2) combing approach run with take off is not perfect;3) the length of the last second stride is larger than that of the last stride.It leads to lower the speed of stride. |
