| Abstract: | Based on the Confucianism, Xu Heng formed the views on ethical histories of ruling the minorities through native land",and proposed the equal thought of a world nationality,which accelerated the feudalized advancement of Mongolian national minority, kept the central plain traditional culture continuing, and promoted the fusion of the Mongolian and the Chinese. Thus, the historical development had been impelled. |
