| 摘 要： | 文章对道德教育的内涵、道德教育的原则和道德实施策略进行了阐述,认为在高校学生工作中科学合理地运用道德教育手段,可以激励大学生的道德动机,使其产生行为的内驱力,促使教育目标的最大化的实现。
