| 摘 要： | 通过对目前高校体育资源及社区体育共享意义及可行性的分析,认为高校体育资源在空间、时间及人才因素等方面都具备与社区体育共享的条件. 结合国外社区体育发展的经验及目前国内社区体育发展的现状,提出相应的对策--构建共享的组织管理机构;确定适宜的开放原则及时间;采取适合不同对象的活动形式;共建体育活动组织;多方筹集资金及有偿地聘用体育指导员;对场地设施进行科学合理管理.

| Abstract: | By the analysis of P.E.resources in college at present and the significance and feasibility of its sharing with community sports,we think that P.E.resources in college can share with community sports in space,time and person.Based on the development experience of the community sports in foreign countries and our present development situation,some corresponding countermeasures are proposed as follows: establishing management organizations for sharing and having suitable opening principle and time,taking different activity forms for different people,setting up physical exercise organizations for sharing,raising funds through various channels and employing sports instructors as well as managing sports facilities scientifically. |
