| Abstract: | Project management knowledge, because of its unique nature of scientific, effectiveness, has been more and more used in education sector. This paper based on the practice of national key vocational college construction projects, from the start of the key school building and organization construction through mechanism design to performance evaluation, describes roughly the application of project management in the national key school project implementation. |
