Mallat和小波算法在车牌定位系统中的研究

摘    要:为了解决含噪车牌图像的定位问题,文章对小波分析在图像的降噪和边缘检测的原理及算法方面进行了深入的研究,在此基础上提出了一种基于Mallat和小波分析的边缘检测和图像分割方法。根据该方法,开发了基于VC++6.0的定位系统,实验结果表明,定位效果好,分割精度高,可以达到98.5%的准确率。

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of plate location of vehicle images with noise,the principle and algorithm of wavelet analysis in image denoising and edge detection are thoroughly researched,based on which a method of edge detection and image segmentation by wavelet is presented.According to this method,the location system is developed by VC++ 6.0.The results show that the method has good performance and is suitable for segmenting with the location rate of 98.5%.
