| 摘 要： | 通过对以人为本内涵的理解及对高校学生工作坚持以人为本思想的重要意义分析。提出高校学生工作坚持以人为本，应考虑的几个方面着手：用科学的理论武装学生；尊重学生主体地位；促进学生全面发展，挖掘每位学生的潜能；开展社会实践活动，强化学生服务意识；营造以人为本的良好的氛围。

People Oriented--A New Idea for the Management of College Students |

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis of the connotation of people-oriented idea and of the significance of the opinion that people-oriented thought is applied in the management of college students, we propose that the management of college students should be people-oriented. We should consider the following aspects: equip students with scientific theories, to respect students by treating them as the center, to help them have an all-round development, to exploit each student's potentiality, to carry out social practice to reinforce their service awareness and to create a good people-oriented phenomenon. |
