| 摘 要： | 运用综合研究法，对广西少数民族传统体育的发展历史和其中所蕴涵的民族精神进行了分析研究。认为爱国主义、热爱自然、爱好和平、勤劳勇敢、向往美好生活和民族团结、奋勇向上的精神是其中所蕴涵的主要的民族精神。建议在弘扬民族精神的过程中，应注意将继承和创新相结合。

| Abstract: | By using comprehensive research method,developing history and national spirit contained among the traditional sports of Guangxi ethnic minority is analyzed. Patriotism,deep love for the nature and peace,industry and bravery,yearning for bright life and national unity,courageous spirits are the main national spirits contained. To combine succession and innovation in the process of carrying forward national spirits should be emphasized. |
