| 摘 要： | 面对新世纪知识经济时代社会发展趋势,及随着我国市场经济体制的逐步建设与发展,高校图书馆在逐步实现自动化、网络化之时,在管理上已开始引进市场经济竞争机制,并促进其在组织结构、服务职能、人力资源开发等内部管理机制方面的改革与创新,变文献管理为知识管理,以适应知识经济时代社会发展的需要。
