| 摘 要： | 本文从“需要产生体育”这一本质现象着手，通过体育发展的变迁来论述社会需要与体育发展的密切关系及其决定作用，进一步得出未来的体育也必将由未来的社会需要所决定，并提出二十一世纪体育发展的指导思想。

| Abstract: | Starting with the essential phenomenon of needs producing sports, the paper proves the close re1ations between the social requirements and sport development as well as the decisive role of the former, it also reaches a conclusion that the future sport will be certainly decided by the future social requirements, and the paper advances the guiding ideology of the sport development in the 21st century as well. |
