摘    要:世界教育发展的历史进程是一个比较、借鉴与超越的过程。20世纪初以来,美国基础教育的发展一直处于世界领先地位,但在全球化背景下,美国学生的学业成绩越来越表现不佳,一些国家的教育发展水平开始超越美国。高质量和高效能的教育普及、自治与问责、教师专业化、个性化的学习已经成为世界一流基础教育发展的基本特征。

Abstract:The historical development of the world education has been a process of comparison,borrowing and surpassing.Since the beginning of the 20th century,the American basic education had been in the lead in the world.But in the context of globalization,the achievement of the US students are getting no better.The education development standards of some countries are beginning to exceed that of the USA both qualitatively and quantitatively.The universal education of high quality and effectiveness,the accountability and autonomy,the professionalization of teachers,and personalized learning have become the features of the world-class education development standard.
