基于UG的汽车悬架优化设计与系统分析

摘    要:建立了一个基于UG平台的悬架优化设计系统模型,利用UG软件实现悬架的三维参数化建模并建立悬架零部件图形数据库。介绍了汽车悬架优化设计与分析系统的结构和功能及图形数据库的建立方法,并对各个功能模块予以阐述;介绍了UG软件在系统中的应用。系统数据库采用SQL Server7.0建构与维护,系统中面向对象的程序软件采用C++ Builder语言设计开发。

Abstract:A suspension optimal design and system analytic model based on UG software and suspension part drawing database are established and suspension three-dimension parameter modeling is realized with UG software. The paper introduces the system structure and functions and the method of building drawing database, explaines the function of each module and presents the application of UG software in the system. All the databases in the system are built and maintained by SQL Server 7.0 software and the language C+ + Builder 5.0 is used to build all objectoriented programs.
