| 摘 要： | 在信息社会中，信息成为重要的生产资源。本文在分析资源配置机制及内容的基础上，探讨了社会信息作为经济资源进行优化配置的必要性。同时，以表格、数字的形式概括分析我国网上社会信息资源分布现状，并针对突出的不均衡问题，提出政府部门应采取的措施。而图书馆作为社会信息深层服务的主要提供者，不能不重视资源的优化配置。本文还就图书馆在优化馆藏资源及结构的过程中，应坚持的原则和采取的具体措施展开深入的研究，以指导提供更好的服务。

| Abstract: | In the information society, information has become an important production resources. Based on analysing the allocation mechanisms and content, this paper explores the necessary of optimizing the allocation of the information as economic resources . At the same time, also analyses the distribution status of digital information resources in China, and in order to highlight the imbalance, also comes up with some measures to be taken by government departments. |
