| 摘 要： | 根据新世纪“健康第一”的要求 ,对传统学校体育教学的弊端进行了分析 ,并提出了以下改革的思想 :树立“健康第一”指导思想 ,加强素质教育 ;体育教学内容应突破竞技结构的约束 ,与学生的兴趣爱好结合起来 ;教学组织方法灵活多样 ,以符合学生的个性和身心发展的需要

| Abstract: | The author analyzes weak points of traditional school sports teaching according to requirements of the modern society and the ideology of "health first". It is proposed that guiding ideology of "health first" should be established, education for all around development be reinforced. Moreover,the contents of sports teaching should go beyond the limits of competitive structure and get in line with the students' interest and hobby. Methods of organizing teaching should be various to conform to the needs of the students' individuality as well as the physical and mental development. |
