| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the implications, elements and characteristics of mobile learning, indicating that with the process of industrialization and urbanization, people who undertake mobile learning are increasing, and carrying out mobile learning in China has a broad prospect and the need of reality. Combined with 3G＇s characteristics of communication technology, this paper put forward three main modes of application in China. |
