| 摘 要： | 汉代随着豪强地主势力的扩张和社会的动荡不安,私兵应运而生并迅速发展。豪强地主利用宗法、人身依附关系将宾客、宗人、依附农民等组织成私兵,并利用私兵对抗官府,逃避租税,参与军阀混战。它与封建国家根本利益的一致性,决定了私兵又是封建统治秩序的重要维持者。

| Abstract: | As the powerful landlords grew to maturity and society became unstable in the Han dynasty,the powerful landlords organized private armed forces that were made of guests,clansmen,enserfed peasants by means of patriacrchal clan system and relation of dependence.Private armed forces were applied not only to resist government and evade a tax,but also to take part in the warlords' warfare.In addition,it maintained safety and stability of feudal regime to a great extent. |
