| 摘 要： | 针对我国民企自主创新能力不高的现状,探讨政府-市场互动对民企技术创新活动及创新环境作用。通过对江苏劳动密集型民企调研与实证分析发现,创新环境对民企技术创新的影响力大于政府政策;政府和市场对全省不同区域的民企创新能力影响存在显著差异,即苏北地区政府政策对民企创新影响较大,苏中次之,而苏南创新环境对民企创新影响较大。最后,针对如何从政府-市场互动关系角度优化创新环境进而提高技术创新水平,提出新思路。

The Study on the Technological Innovation of Private Enterprises from the Perspective of the Relationship between Government and Market Based on the Empirical Study of Labor-intensive Private Enterprises in Jiangsu Province |

| Abstract: | SThe Third Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forwards that the reform of the economic system should focus on leaving the market to play the decisive role in the allocation of resources, and build an innovation-oriented country. The Chinese private enterprises are still short of independent innovation capability; this paper mainly discusses how interaction between the government and the market affects technology innovation of private enterprises and innovation milieu. Through the investigation and the empirical study of labor-intensive private enterprises in Jiangsu province, we find that a good innovation milieu compared with government policies has better influences on promoting technology innovation of private enterprises. Furthermore, innovation milieu and government policies have significant different effects in different regions of Jiangsu province. Based on these studies, this paper provides beneficial methods and new thoughts for creating a better innovation milieu and promoting the level of technology innovation. |
