| 摘 要： | 构建项目合作网络内企业间知识转移与知识保护策略的演化博弈模型,分析二者之间动态博弈的均衡点及演化路径,探讨各个因素对其路径演化及知识转移策略制定的影响作用,并据此提出促进项目合作网络内企业间知识转移的措施。

An Evolutionary Game Theoretical Analysis on Inter-enterprises Knowledge Transfer and Protection in the Project Cooperation Network |

| Abstract: | The knowledge transfer between the partners based on the project cooperation network is an important way of their access to external knowledge resources, enhance their competitive advantage. Building the evolutionary game model of knowledge transfer and knowledge protection strategies between enterprises within the projects cooperation network, analyze the dynamic equilibrium point between the two games and evolutionary path, and explore the influence of the evolution of its path and knowledge transfer strategies developed by various factors. Proposing the measures of promote knowledge transfer between two companies in project cooperation networks according to above analysis. |
