The Construction Strategy of the Provincial-level Science and Technology Report System |

| Abstract: | Being the focus work of science and technology management, the construction of science and technology report system has made important progress at present. The submitting of science and technology report has been included in the system of national science and technology project management, and the service system of national science and technology report has officially been launched. More than 10 thousand reports have been opened and shared for public. Based on the experience of construction on national science and technology report system, this paper proposes the construction mentality of the provincial-level science and technology report system on the fields of organization management, policies, regulations, standards and specifications system, submitting of science and technology report, exchange and sharing of science and technology report, publicity and training, etc. |
