| Abstract: | Rapid development of senior vocational education brings about the a ttention to the employment of the graduates.The author holds that senior vocati onal schools should strengthen their flexibility to employment market in school running and reinforce students' employment competence with high skills.These wi ll provide the graduates of senior high schools with strong support to enter the employment market. |
