| 摘 要： | 为了适应21世纪人才素质全面培养的需要，在高校体育教学内容改革中，可以把太极拳作为大学生体育课的必修课内容。结合教育部关于加强高校素质教育的精神，使学生在学习太极着拳的同时，学习宏扬太极拳国粹文化，提高他们的素质。
