| 摘 要： | 区域文化的建设与发展对于地方社会的发展具有重要意义,大学是文化传承与创新的平台,应当发挥自身文化职能,主动服务于区域文化建设。地方大学可以通过发挥文化传承功能,培养区域文化传承人才;通过发挥文化创造功能,开展区域文化研究与交流;通过加强校园文化建设,发挥文化示范与辐射功能,多层面地推动区域文化的繁荣与发展。
