摘    要:本文在基于绩效管理和平衡计分卡的相关理论研究基础上,分析了高职院校教师的特点和其绩效考核存在的不足,引入平衡计分卡这一战略管理工具尝试构建高职院校教师绩效考核指标体系。

Abstract:Based on relevant theoretic researches on performance management and the Balanced Scorecard(BSC) method,the article analyzes the characteristics of teachers in higher vocational colleges and the problems of their performance appraisal.Then,by the BSC method,the article tries to set up the indicator system of teachers performance appraisal in higher vocational colleges.
