| Abstract: | Based on relevant theoretic researches on performance management and the Balanced Scorecard(BSC) method,the article analyzes the characteristics of teachers in higher vocational colleges and the problems of their performance appraisal.Then,by the BSC method,the article tries to set up the indicator system of teachers performance appraisal in higher vocational colleges. |
