| 摘 要： | 农技协是由农民自发组成的专业技术合作组织,是非营利性的社会团体法人。但是,在社会主义市场经济条件下,农技协越来越多地开展了营利性经营活动,其组织的趋利性日益显现,导致组织性质发生偏差。这种偏差是市场外部环境和组织内部关系共同作用的结果。应当还原农技协社会团体法人的本质属性。解决农技协发展过程中的资金困境,要通过国家财政支持,而不是通过市场营利的方式。
