| Abstract: | Psychological contract is essentially an emotional contract, which is the inner strength to maintain and develop the relationship between empJoyees and organizations. This paper determines the concept and characteristics of knowledge-type librarian, discusses the function of psychological contract in library knowledge-type librarian management. Some measures to construct psychological contract are put forward. |
