摘    要:利用手性配体交换毛细管电泳模式,以手性离子液体(1-乙基-3-甲基咪唑L-酒石酸盐,EMIML-Tar)为手性配体拆分色氨酸对映体.考察了背景电解质类型及pH值、分离电压、检测波长、进样时间、手性离子液体与镍离子比例及浓度、SDS浓度等因素对色氨酸对映体手性拆分的影响,得到优化后的分离条件.在最佳拆分条件下,色氨酸对映体能够在12 min内达到基线分离.

Abstract:Using chiral ligand exchange capillary electrophoresis as the separation mode, tryptophan enantiomers are separated with a chiral ionic liquid ( 1-ethyl-3-methyl imidazole L-tartrate, EMIML- Tar) as the chiral ligand. The effects of several factors such as the background electrolyte type and pH, separation voltage, detection wavelength, injection time, the ratio and concentration of the ionic liquid and nickel ion, SDS concentration and other factors are investigated in order to obtain the optimized separation condition. Under the optimum condition, the baseline separation of tryptophan enanti- omers is achieved within 12 min.
