| 摘 要： | 网络侵犯行为同时具有令人难以忍受的普遍性和使人无能为力的不可控性。一方面。网络侵犯行为是一种特定情境下的非特定行为类型,其表现形式多种多样,其内涵具有有限有效性;另一方面,网络侵犯行为也是“可说明”的,是在网络互动过程中被建构起来的。
