| 摘 要： | 新时代对思政课教学提出更高要求,需要思政课教师积极构建有效课堂,以更好地适应时代要求,找准思政课为提升高职学生核心素养应该发挥的作用,提升教师职业效能感,推动形成师生学习共同体。通过重视加强师生链接,开展教师团队合作,发挥信息化教学手段的辅助作用,不断提高课堂教学质量,从而更好地发挥思政课的育人作用,提高学生对思政课的获得感。

| Abstract: | The new era put forward higher requirements to ideological and political theory course. Ideological and political theory teachers should build effective class actively to improve students' acquisition from the high-quality class by strengthening the link between teachers and students, developing teachers' team activities and playing the supporting role of information technology. So they can improve the core quality of college students, enhance teachers' career self-efficacy, and form the teacher-student learning style. |
