摘    要:伴随信息化进程的推进,科技发展与进步对信息化的影响越来越强,并成为我国信息化的重要推动力。科技资源配置效率对科技的产业化具有直接的相关性。我国信息化的进程中,由于不同区域的经济发展区位、自然地理位置及国家政策扶持力度不同导致科技投入、产出的区域差异性较大,因此,本文对全国不同省、市、自治区科技投入、产出数据进行了科技资源配置效率综合评价。得到了我国信息化进程中不同区域推进科技进步的对策和建议。

Abstract:With the advancement of informationization,the development of S&T has an increasing influence on informationization,and it has become a major force to the process of informationization in China.The efficiency of S&T resource allocation has direct correlation with the industrialization of S&T.In the process of informationization,there are great differences in the S&T input and output data due to different development level of regional economy,natural geographical situations and different regional policies in China.By means of the analysis on the S&T input and output data from different parts of China,comprehensive evaluation was made according to the S&T resource allocation efficiency,and the policies and advices about regional S&T development was suggested in this paper at last.
