| 摘 要： | 体育赛事是一类特殊项目。大型体育赛事的组织管理可以像实施一项工程项目一样运作。成功地组织管理一项大型体育赛事的5个关键项目管理阶段是：①项目起始；②项目计划；③项目实施；④项目控制；⑤项目结束。成功的体育赛事组织管理者必须能够识别并合理的应对赛事各利害关系方的需求与期待；细致入微的项目计划、鼓舞人心的领导、合理的人力资源管理与高效率的市场推广都是成功项目管理的关键因素。大型体育赛事组织管理者在项目计划实施过程中的中心任务是项目控制；合理的财政预算是赛事组织管理工作能够按项目计划顺利实施的有力保证．同时赛事组织管理过程中财政的收支状况也是管理者密切关注与调控的核心。

| Abstract: | Sport events are very special. They can be organized in the same way as implementing an engineering project. The 5 crucial management phases of a successful sport event are project initiation,project planning,project implementation,project control and monitoring,and project shutdown. A successful sport event manager must be able to identify and deal with a diverse range of stakeholders' expectations. Detailed planning, inspirational leadership, sound human resource management and dynamic marketing are all key elements of successful event management. The central function of sport event manager in the process of implementing macro event planning is project control. A well-planned budget is a forceful guarantee for the smooth management of sport event in accordance with the project planning. Meanwhile financial status in the course of the management of the sport event should be paid close attention to and adjusted by the manager. |
