| 摘 要： | 文章结合宋代民间体育活动的动因,探究了宋代民间体育休闲文化的内容,指出宋代民间体育文化与当时经济、民俗文化发展相适应,具有自然朴素、大方适当的独特个性,已成为传统的社会文化的重要的组成部分,并对后世体育文化的发展有着深远的影响。

| Abstract: | Combining with motivation of folk sports activity of Song dynasty,this paper studies the sports leisure and cultural content,points out that sports culture of Song dynasty adapted to the development of economy and folk culture with the individual character of natural and simple,generous appropriate unique personality,reflecting the sports entertainment in people's social life,more and more important position,and the development of future generation sports culture has far-reaching implications. |
