| 摘 要： | 师生关系是教学过程中最重要、最基本的人际关系。本文试对几种主要的师生关系论点作了简要分析,从教育学、心理学与社会学的不同角度分析了影响师生关系的因素,在此基础上揭示了构建和谐师生关系的三个重要条件:民主平等、相互尊重、教学相长。

| Abstract: | Teacher-student relationship is the most important and basic in teaching process.In this paper,I try to analyze several main teacher-student relationship points of view.With the eye of education,psychology and sociology,I analyze the factors that influence the teacher-student relationship and explore how to build harmonious teacher-student relationship based on three important conditions: democracy and equality,respect and trust,which will benefit teachers and students alike. |
