SDS改性活性炭对铜离子的吸附研究

摘    要:商品化活性炭(AC)经柠檬酸预处理,再用十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)进行改性,将得到的改性活性炭(SDS-AC)用于铜离子的吸附,考察改性剂用量、吸附时间、p H、SDS-AC投加量对吸附效果的影响,同时研究SDS-AC吸附铜离子的吸附等温线。结果表明:0.3%的SDS改性剂量效果最佳,最大吸附量为38.7621 mg/g,约为AC吸附量的2.5倍;200 m L铜离子初始浓度为50 mg/L的溶液吸附性能最佳条件为SDS-AC投加量为0.200 0 g,p H值为5,吸附时间为60 min;Langmuir等温线更符合铜离子在SDS-AC中的吸附行为的描述。

Abstract:First pretreated by citric acid, then modified with twelve sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS), commercial activated carbon would become the modified activated carbon (SDS - AC) which can be used to adsorb copper ion. The effect of SDS - AC dosage, adsorption time, PH, and modified dosage were studied to improve and explore the mechanism of adsorption. The results showed that the modifying effect is the best at 0.3% mass fraction of the SDS, the maximum adsorption capacity was 38. 7621 mg/g, as about 2.5 times as the amount of adsorbed AC. Under the optimum condition of the dosage 0. 2000 g, pH value 5, adsorption time 60min, the adsorption equilibrium can be achieved for 200 ml solution of 50 mg/L Cu^2 + , and the SDS - AC' s effect of absorption copper ion is the best. The adsorption behavior of SDS - AC towards copper ion was more in line with the Langmuir isotherm adsorption behavior of copper ion.
