| 摘 要： | 教师继续教育质量水平低下是当前制约我国教师专业发展的瓶颈,而要解决这一问题,持久有效地提高教师继续教育的质量,就需要多方共同努力,即：国家与政府提供政策上的保障和经费上的支持;教育主管部门建立继续教育基地并加大质量监控的力度;教师继续教育机构提高教育者的素质和深化教学改革;教师本人要树立可持续发展的理念和增强自主学习的意识。
