| 摘 要： | 道德管理是依据一定社会的道德原则、规范和道德理想，对组织活动的目标、手段进行道德论证和指导，协调管理过程中人与人的关系，使其符合社会道德和职业道德原则与规范的一种管理。创立具有中国特色的社会主义道德管理科学是摆在我们面前的一个重要而迫切的任务。

It is an important and urgent task before us to set up socialist moral management science with Chinese feature. |
