| 摘 要： | 在对乡村中小学学校管理效能现状进行调研的基础上,透析限制现行乡村中小学管理效能发挥的一些问题。如校长管理素质不高,学校办学指导思想不明,学校民主管理形式化,教师管理效能不高,设施利用率低等,试对其原因进行阐述,并在问题分析的基础上提出提高学校管理效能的相应对策。

| Abstract: | On the basis of the investigation of current situation,the article has analyzed the problems of restricting the management effectiveness in rural middle and primary schools and expounded the reasons.The problems such as that the seniors'low level management quantity,the unclear or vague understandings of guiding principle for a school,the untrue democratic school management,the low effectiveness of teachers management,the low utilization ratio for school installations and so on.The article has put forward the countermeasures to promote schools management effectiveness corresponding. |
