摘 要: | 做好教学工作最重要的环节是上好课,上好课就要站稳讲台。良好的课堂秩序是保证课堂教学顺利进行的基本条件之一;对学生参与性进行评价是调动学生积极性的有效手段;中等讲授速度最适合运用在课堂教学中;写一份最简洁和最灵活的课堂讲义是保障授课质量的坚实基础。
