| 摘 要： | 随着我国教育的不断发展,职业教育也有了很大改观,职业教育也是我国教育体系的重要组成部分。当前中职学校办学过程中,面临的主要任务就是让学生都顺利地完成学业,学好专业的技能,成为合格的技术人才,这是中职学校所有教师努力的方向。中专学生由于学习基础本来就比普通高中学生差,班主任在学生教学管理中就更应该加大工作力度,帮助学生学好专业知识,掌握一技之长,为社会输送合格毕业生。

| Abstract: | With the continuous development of China＇s education,vocational education has also been an important part of China＇s education system.In the process of running secondary vocational schools,the main task is to help students successfully accomplish their academic career,so as to become qualified technical talents,which is the direction for all teachers.For secondary vocational students＇ learning basis is weak,head teachers should strengthen their work in order to help them grasp professional knowledge and provide qualified graduates for the society. |
