| 摘 要： | 在现代远程教育中,师生是共同生活在虚拟社区里的两个主体,构建和谐师生关系是时代发展、教育改革的必然。为促进远程教育质量的不断提高,教学过程中,教师应积极发挥主导作用,做好导学导修,引导学员加强多方交流,促进教学相长,在人才培养模式改革的过程中不断探索、积极构建远程开放教育条件下和谐的师生关系。

| Abstract: | In modern distance education,the teacher and the student are two parts that live together in a virtual community, so the establishment of a harmonious teacher-student relationship is necessary with the development of the age and education reform.In order to promote the quality of distance education, in teaching process teachers should play a leading role, and guide students to strengthen multilateral exchanges, so as to promote the development of both teaching and learning. In the reform of talent cultivation mode, teachers should continuously explore and actively construct a harmonious teacher-student relationship under the condition of distance open education. |
