| 摘 要： | 基因工程实验是高等学校生命科学重要的实验课之一,内容丰富,涉及面广,实用性强。通过一系列实验,加强学生的动手能力,提高基本操作技能,使学生具备从事基因工程应用和科研的基本素质是基因工程实验课的主要目的。因此激发学生的学习兴趣,培养学生的科学思维、创新和实践能力是基因工程实验教学需要不断努力和探索的方向,本文对此进行了一定的探索。

| Abstract: | Genetic engineering experiment is one of the important experiment of life science in regular institution of higher learning,with abundant contents,covered a wide range,praxisgerecht.The course aimed to cultivate students＇ basic quality engaged in genetic engineering application and research through a series of experiments strengthening students＇ practical ability,improving the basic skills.So stimulating the students＇ interest in study and cultivate students＇ scientific thinking,innovation and practice ability are the constant effort and exploring direction of the course,this paper take some exploration to those aspects. |
