| 摘 要： | 辅导员是高校学生思想政治教育工作的重要队伍组成,是从事高校学生思想政治教育和日常管理的基本力量。现如今,辅导员队伍中青年辅导员的比例不断增加,青年辅导员的培养工作已经刻不容缓,如何开展好青年辅导员的培养工作对于辅导员队伍的专业化建设和长远发展有着重要的意义。
